Voting Question: Does anyone know of a good in-home tattoo artists in Lubbock TX?

I have never really cared for going to a tattoo shop and most shops wont mess with touch ups that were done by some one else anyways. Looking for a good LEGIT tattoo artist with new sanitary needles, the right ink, and can do awesome work (want to see pics of their work) that would do a touch up on my boyfriends tattoo. We didn't associate with any "scratchers" and yes the tattoo shops here wont fix touch ups done by someone else. It is me who is looking for the artist someone really good to do a touch up for him.
