Resolved Question: Is there a texas tech university in houston tx?

I'm still looking into different colleges and Ive heard texas tech is pretty good but I really dont want to leave houston. I've heard of one near Katy freeway but I cant really find anything on it everytime I google it it just gives me the address but nothing else and I'm staring to wonder if its a mistake or something.
